- Thank you Jona for such a marvellous Iceland Tour, we saw so
much – nature, culture, farming, architecture, museums, local
people, the list is endless. We just loved the scenery and
enjoyed the great food and good accommodation. I am sure
we will travel with you again.

- Yes we wanted to see the Northern Lights, and we did, but that
was only a very small part of the holiday, the wonders of the
island was magnificent!

- We would like to say how much we enjoyed our trip to Iceland,
yes we were unfortunate not to see the northern lights, but this
did not take anything away from the holiday! It was delightful
to see the country in its winter splendour, we were amazed at
the big skies, and the effects of low light on the mountains!

extremely hard and shared her enthusiasm for her native
country in a way that made us all want to be Icelandic too!
Siggi is simply one of the very best drivers that I have come
across in over thirty years of travelling. Not only is he a very
careful and sensitive driver, he is equally caring and
sensitive in the way that he treats people, he has a fun-loving
yet gentle personality.

- The magic of Iceland is now in our brain’s memory boxes to
be cherished, thank you for making our holiday so wonderful.
Neil and I found Iceland just as amazing as on our two
previous visits, and we will make sure we do not stop at three
Icelandic encounters.

Northern Lights tour, despite the lack of the display of the
shimmering wonder. We thoroughly appreciated the sheer
professionalism, dedication and hard work that you put in.
The organisation was brilliant, we saw lots of spectacular and

a tour whose leader and driver are so passionate about their

day to day (almost hour to hour), adjustment to

- So where to start?? I know! WOW! Iceland is truly a wonderful place, the hotels
were first class, the balance of the tour was excellent, you were right when you
said Fanney and Siggi would add something special to the tour, they are a great

- Brian and I had the most wonderful holiday – it was a fantastic adventure, my
particular favourite was the Lake Hotel at Egilsstaðir and for wonderful
hospitality and location the Country hotel at Sveinbjarnargerði, the trip on the
snow tractor was awesome (most fun we’ve had in years) and the thermal dips is
something I shall always remember. Fanney was a brilliant guide, very
informative, organised and helpful. Thanks again for a memorable trip-don’t

- Wonderful, amazing, incredible, fabulous, I don’t think I have ever used those
words so often as I did on our recent holiday to Iceland, from Oli’s brilliant
driving, to the wonderful scenery and places we visited. Highlights were the
breathtaking ride up the mountain and the icebergs on the beach, and we saw the
northern lights and the eclipse! H and P. Sills.
- We did so much, saw so much, ate so much (what wonderful food) AND we saw
the northern lights, they were dancing all over the sky! As I said the food was just
brilliant. Thank you Jóna for your enthusiasm, we had a fabulous time, now

- The holiday exceeded all my hopes and expectations, Iceland is just such a
beautiful country – scenery wild and wonderful. Experiences, and how you
created that for us, the herring visit, the concert in the tank, your farmer friend a
delightful gentleman, the wool factory visit, and Stella with her ‘way off the
beaten track’ hotel, horses, cherry tree, thermal pools, and of course the majestic
mountains, fjords, lava fields and basalt stacks. It was a sublime experience, the
puffins, arctic terns and arctic fox cub, and of course your team! Jennifer.
